@sumana There is no way, without expensive hardware, to tell if the lamps are failing, aside from when it is obvious and they do not light up at all or they flicker. 10,000h stands for 10,000 hours. That is from the manufacture of the lamps and theoretical under ideal conditions. Consertively speaking I would expect 1,000 hours before I would start to question the lamps. In a production environment, single shift, this translates to 6 months or so. For occasional use it is harder to say but I would expect a year anyway.
What resin are you having trouble with? What settings are you using? I know there have been several users having fragility issues with the latest version of Formlabs Tough, but other report good results with the same material and settings. That suggests there may be a problem lot of material out there but we are not certain that is the case.
